Poptropica Froot Loops Advertisement Mission

Sep30

Another week, another new advertisement mission on Poptropica. This one is only visible if your Poptropica character is aged 6 through 8 and I think it can only be seen on some of the Poptropica islands. I know for sure you can see it on Early Poptropica. This advertisement mission is very easy, but there are a few tricky parts. Here is a complete walkthrough of the mission. The story is that a pirate named Black Beak stole all the color and you need to recover some treasure and a color laser. When you enter the cave, everything will be sepia toned (brownish) with no color. The first part of the mission is called Black Beak’s Cave. Go inside the cave and then walk to the right to enter the main game. There are a series of platforms that you need to jump up on while avoiding the pirates, who will knock you over. There are three grey platforms that you need to jump on to trap the pirates and clear the way for Toucan Sam and his friends. You also need to find the box of treasure and the Froot Loops color wand. You can only get to those after you block the waterfall with a boulder. It’s easy to do if you watch my video walkthrough! Jump on the grey platforms to trap the bad guys After you reach the treasure chest, Toucan Sam and his friends will congratulate you and then tell you that you can use the wand to defend against the pirates who try to steal the treasure back. This starts a mini-game where you draw rainbow circles around the pirates to make them fall into the ground. Yeah, you read that right. I’m not making this up! Anyway, if you can keep the pirates away for 60 seconds, you win and you get a prize for completing the mission. Push the boulder to block the waterfall Found the treasure and the color laser! Reward Item: Froot Loops colors When you finish the mission, you get an item called Froot Loops colors. It can be used on yourself or other characters in the game and it turns them red. Unfortunately, that’s about it. Not very exciting as far as prizes go. Video Walkthrough Here is the full video walkthrough of the Poptropica Froot Loops Mission. Please subscribe to my videos if you like them. Thank you!

Minimizer and Bobblehead Powers

Sep25

There are two new powers you can purchase in the Poptropica store. Each one costs 250 credits. They are the Minimizer and the Bobblehead powers. Minimizer makes you much smaller than normal–just a tiny version of your character. Bobblehead replaces your real head with one that bounces around a bit. Both of these are kind of silly but fun. Another neat new feature of the store is the new menu. The creators added a few new options to view items in the store now that so many new costumes are available. In addition to the normal full view where the costumes march to the left and right, you can select Most Popular, Creators’ Picks, and a List version. Here is a quick screenshot of what it looks like.

Time Tangled Island is a fun adventure in Poptropica where you must untangle the future by going back into the past and finding certain items that have been lost. You may visit the different eras in whatever order you desire. The goal is to find lost items in the different time periods and then go back to other time periods to return them to their legitimate owners. You can read the complete walkthrough for Poptropica Time Tangled Island at the Poptropica Secrets web site. The Start When you first begin walk to the right and keep going till you reach a girl who is crying outside of Pendulum’s Lab. Click her and she’s going to tell you about the mission.Follow her within the laboratory and then click on her to talk again. She will give you a mission printout that you can see in your items inventory. To power up the Future Machine, go left and down to find the power supply. Push it together to turn on it. Every time you would like to use the machine, you’ll have to power it up again. Walk back to the door of the Future Machine, which will be pulsing blue, and click on it to enter. The future will be in tatters. There’ll be an elderly version of you there. Talk to him / her and they’ll give you a Time Machine that is like a gold stopwatch. You can travel to the different times and places in whatever order you want. The items folk need will be concealed someplace else in time. See tips for who wants what, where items are, and what special outfits you can get. When you finish helping everybody, go back to the future. Use the hover tube and monorails to get to your future self’s SkyHome. There, talk to your future self and they are going to give you the Time Twisted Island medallion. Poptropica Cheats

Sep24

Have you heard of Poptropica? It is a incredibly fun game that features many different adventures in the shape of island missions that kids can explore. Each island has a different storyline and theme and particular objectives. Poptropica has an awfully fun feel and is an enjoyable game to play. It is completely full of secrets and concealed items. You can find such a lot of Poptropica Cheats that they cannot all be crammed into a single place. However some persistent searching and poking around will allow you to find many exciting things to do in the game. If you haven’t played it yet, you should give it a spin.

Poptropican Glatorian Bionicle Advertisement Mark 1.0 + "My Idea"

Sep19

That’s gotta be the best post title ever. I normally don’t like writing about Poptropica things, but I enjoyed this advertisement building so much I wanted to post about it. It’s about a new Bionicle (you know those LEGO-that-ins’t-lego things?) series. This advertisement building, even if it is the coolest in a long time, still has a lot of very annoying faults. Let’s see what the weighing scales has to say about this building: Ups: It’s cool +1 It has an alright reward +2 It’s kinda challenging +1 It’s about Lego +1 Downs: It’s only for accounts registered as between 6-12 -1 It’s only for male accounts -1 It’s about Bionicle -1 It has ‘Terms of Use’ stuck to every wall -1 Everything will disappear when the advertisement is over -1 It has too many Downs -1 My Rating : 4/10 A bit harsh. But the weighing scales know all. Guide: Figure it out for yourself. I find it more satisfying when you do it without help. If you really do get stuck, go to an island that lets you fly (Early Poptropica, Super Power) and then just fly over the enemies. PICTURE TIME The Thornax Launcher is a handheld item. When you press spacebar is shoots whichever ball you have equipped: there’s a green one, a red one with spikes or a yellow one with spikes. The Mata Nui costume can be Costumized. It makes a pretty cool space suit if you’re playing Astroknights. And let me once again rant about the way all advertisement items disappear after a while. rantrantrantrantrantrantrantrantrantrantrantrant Thank you for your time. I’m putting an idea out there because it seems like a good one: I think that the Creators should make a new island  for all the advertisement buildings, but you can only wear the items gained from them on that island. Maybe they could make it an island where you can only go to if you buy a ticket from the Credit Store. If the company doesn’t want the ad to remain, they can remove all traces of the product from that building and item(s) e.g. get rid of the Bionicles and the trademarked named from the current advertisement and just make it into a generic get some water for a dude adventure. In fact, if they did that with all of the advertisement buildings, they could make a whole new island without that much effort. It could always be growing; each time a new advertisement is retired it gets added. Plus (now this is just me personally) even though I hate buying credits I’d definitely do it for that island. OH YEAH AND THEY NEED TO REMOVE THOSE STUPID AGE/GENDER RESTRICTIONS. GAWD. Comment what you think of my idea. -legoless In other news: Wow, the new WordPress spell checker is brilliant! It really is as good as Microsoft Word.

Lego Bionicle Glatorian Legends Advertisement Walkthrough

Sep16

There is yet another new advertisement mission in Poptropica this week. There have been a lot of these advertisement missions lately. This one is for Lego Bionicle Glatorian Legends and I think you need to be a boy character to be able to see it. If you’re normally a girl character, just make a new account to do this mission. It’s very short and simple but the prizes you get at the end are a lot of fun. The entrance is in the same location as the other advertisement missions. Go to the Main Street section of almost any island (I tried Astro Knights and Early Poptropica) and you will see it. Go inside and talk to the Lego robot guy. He will tell you that he needs your help in retrieving water for his tribe. When you’re ready, walk to the right and go inside the cave. The cave is like a maze. The water is in a pool in the middle and to get there you first have to go down one of the sides and then find the air jet thing that shoots you up to a platform that will let you get down into the middle. It’s easier to explain with pictures and videos so check them out below. Once you get the water, work your way back out and return to the robot guy at the beginning to claim your rewards. There are two rewards. The first is the Mata Nui outfit, which is a pretty sweet looking costume. The other is the Thornax Launcher, which is a gun that you can hold in your hand. You can select a different “fruit” on the item card and then when you press the space bar, the gun will shoot the fruit. Kind of fun! The Poptropica Mata Nui outfit I also made a full video walkthrough of this advertisement mission and posted it on YouTube. Check it out and if you like my videos, please subscribe! I found some of the Lego Bioncle stuff on Amazon.com. Here’s the Mata Nui collection:

Wow! Poptropica has given us 3 (that’s right 3) new ads! A Lego Star Wars ad, a princeness ad, and a Lego Bioncle’s ad with an adventure! During the adventure you must find water for a fire tribe(?). You get a cool gun, and a Bincoles coustume. We also have… 700 HITS!
